Internal system for faster influencer shortlisting

We built this dashboard for a team that needed one place to organize creator research, shortlist talent, and keep campaign planning from living across spreadsheets and scattered tabs.

The product combined searchable influencer profiles, category tags, shortlist states, and internal notes so the team could move from discovery to decision with far less back-and-forth.

Because it was an internal workflow tool, the priority was clarity and speed over visual noise. We focused on practical filters, cleaner data views, and a structure the team could use every day as campaign volume grew.
