What we collect, why we use it, who handles it and how to ask about your information.

Last updated 31 October 2026

Who we are

Online Scope operates onlinescope.in. Our address is Near Gaur City Mall, Sector 16B, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Contact us at info@onlinescope.in.

We are responsible for the personal information used to handle our enquiries, business relationships, recruitment and website measurement. When we handle personal information on a client's behalf, we act on that client's instructions; see Client projects.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website, messages you send us by form, email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, job applications, and our business records. It also covers our use of FormParcel to handle enquiries and TagOwl to measure our campaign links.

Registering for or using an Online Scope Labs product is covered by that product's own privacy policy. A product's involvement in handling our website enquiries or campaign links does not remove our responsibility for that information. Other websites and social platforms have their own policies.

What we collect, and why

Enquiries and messages

Your name, email address, country, the services you select and your project description. Company, phone number and how you heard about us are optional form fields. Messages may also include attachments and contact details you choose to provide. We use these details to reply, discuss the work, prepare a quote and keep a record of the conversation.

Project and business records

Contact details, proposals, agreements, invoices, project messages and information needed to deliver or support the work. We use these to manage the relationship and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Job applications

Your CV, contact details and application message, used to assess your application and communicate with you about recruitment.

Website operation and security

Requests to the website include technical information such as an IP address, requested page, time and browser information. Our hosting service processes request information to deliver the site, prevent abuse and investigate faults.

Please do not send payment-card details, passwords or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form. If a project requires access to sensitive information, arrangements for handling it belong in the project agreement.

Search, analytics and campaign links

Google Search Console

We use Search Console to review our pages' visibility and performance in Google Search. Search Console verification does not itself add visitor-tracking cookies to this website.

Google Analytics 4

GA4 is our chosen website analytics service, but it is not currently enabled on this website. Before enabling it, we will provide an analytics consent choice and update the cookie policy with the cookies and settings in use. Enquiry form answers are not intended for analytics.

UTM campaign labels

Our links may include labels identifying a campaign, source or medium. They help us understand which links bring visits. A UTM label is part of a URL; it is not itself a cookie. Please do not put personal or confidential information in campaign links.

TagOwl short links

We use TagOwl, our own Online Scope Labs product, for campaign links and short links. Opening one of our tracked short links can record a click before taking you to the destination. Click records can include the link, time, approximate location, referring website, device and browser categories, and a pseudonymous visitor identifier. They help us measure link performance and distinguish automated traffic. A pseudonymous identifier is still treated as personal information where it can relate to a person.

A tracked short link is processed before the destination page opens. Cookie choices on this website govern this website; they cannot undo a click already recorded by a short-link service. Contact us about information associated with our campaign links using the details below.

Information kept in your browser

The enquiry form keeps a draft in this browser tab so your answers survive navigation or a failed send. After a submission, a brief is kept in the tab for the thank-you page; that brief does not include your email address or phone number. This tab storage is cleared when the tab's session ends. You can also clear it through your browser's site-data settings.

Typing into the form does not send an enquiry. The form sends it when you press Send. The cookie policy explains browser storage and the current analytics status.

Who handles the information

  • Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and processes information needed to operate and secure it.
  • Google Workspace handles our business email and enquiry sheet. FormParcel, our Online Scope Labs product, routes form enquiries into that sheet and sends them to our email address.
  • Google provides Search Console and is the provider selected for GA4. GA4 is not currently active on this website.
  • TagOwl, operated by Online Scope, processes our campaign short-link clicks. Its hosting and storage services support that processing.
  • Communication and project tools handle messages or files when we use them to work with you. These can include WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Slack, code hosting, file storage and accounting services. Project-specific arrangements belong in the project agreement.

People working with us may access information needed for their work. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or where necessary to establish or defend legal rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

Our service providers may process information outside India. International transfers are subject to the safeguards and restrictions required by applicable law. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

How long we keep information

Enquiries and correspondence

For as long as needed to handle the enquiry, requested follow-up and any resulting business relationship. When there is no continuing business or legal reason to keep it, we delete or anonymise it.

Project and accounting records

For delivery and agreed support, and afterwards where needed for legal recordkeeping, accounting or resolving a dispute. The applicable legal requirements and project agreement determine the period.

Job applications

For the recruitment process and related enquiries or claims. Keeping an application for future openings requires a separate reason explained to you, such as your agreement to join a talent pool.

Technical and campaign records

Hosting records follow the provider's operational retention settings. Individual TagOwl click records follow the analytics-history period of the workspace plan used for the link; summary reports may be kept longer. Records needed for security or a legal obligation may have a different period. GA4 currently collects no data on this website.

Retention depends on the purpose and applicable obligations, not simply on whether a record is in email, a sheet or another tool. You can ask about the period applicable to your information or request deletion using How to ask.

How we protect information

We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and the work, including HTTPS for the website, validation of form submissions and controls on access. No system can guarantee complete security. If a personal-data incident requires notification, we will notify affected people and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Client projects

When a client gives us access to information about their customers, users or staff for a project, we handle it on the client's instructions for the agreed work. The client's own privacy notice covers their relationship with those people.

The project agreement sets out relevant access, confidentiality, providers, support and return or deletion arrangements. Completion of a project does not remove legal recordkeeping duties or an agreed support arrangement. Requests about a client's customer information should normally go to that client; we assist them where required.

Children

This website is intended for business contacts and adults. Please contact info@onlinescope.in if you believe a child has provided personal information, so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may be able to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, or obtain information in a portable format. Any right to nominate another person applies where the relevant law provides it.

Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing or information we must retain on another lawful basis. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the reason and any available next steps. You can complain to the competent data protection authority where applicable law provides that right.

How to ask or complain

Our Grievance Officer is Akshat M.. Email info@onlinescope.in, or write to Online Scope · Near Gaur City Mall, Sector 16B, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Include enough information for us to understand your request.

We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information. We handle privacy complaints within one month, or sooner where the applicable law requires, and respond to other rights requests within the applicable deadline. We will explain any lawful extension or reason we cannot fulfil a request.

If our response does not resolve your concern, you may contact the authority or use the remedy available under the law applicable to your request.

Changes and contact

We update this policy when our processing changes and show the revision date above. Where required, we will give additional notice or seek consent before using information for a new purpose.

Questions about this policy go to info@onlinescope.in. See also our cookie policy and terms of use.
