Less manual work between your tools

Most businesses don't need new software. They need the tools they already have to talk to each other, and the repetitive work in between to happen on its own. That's where our business automation starts, and AI comes in only where it actually helps.

What we automate

Illustration: a route that receives Shopify’s orders/paid webhook, checks its signature and sends an approved WhatsApp template types itself in an editor. A chat message, “Your order #1001 is confirmed”, then arrives: one tick, then two, then both ticks turn violet.

Connect your tools

We work with what you have: your CRM, store, accounting, email, WhatsApp, calendars and spreadsheets. Where an off-the-shelf connector fits, we use it. Where it doesn't, we build the connection.

AI, set up where it fits

AI is useful for specific jobs: drafting replies, sorting enquiries, summarising long threads, pulling data out of documents. We set it up inside the tools your team already uses, with a person checking what matters and clear rules about what the AI may and may not do.

Questions

Your tools, your data and WhatsApp.

Which tools can you connect?

Most common business tools, and anything with an API or an export. Tell us what you use and we'll confirm.

Read the guide: Lead follow-up automation: what to connect, in what order

Do we need to change our tools?

Usually not. We connect what you have. If a tool is the real problem, we'll say so.

Read the guide: n8n, Zapier or Make: which fits your workflow, and when to have it built

Is our data safe with AI?

We agree what data goes where before anything is set up, keep your documents in accounts you control, and choose setups where your data isn't used to train public models.

Can you automate WhatsApp?

Yes, through WhatsApp's business tools, for notifications and follow-ups. We don't run marketing broadcasts.

What does it cost?

It depends on what you need. Tell us about the project and we'll send a written quote with the scope, timeline and what's included.

Tell us the manual step you'd most like to never do again.

We reply within 24 hours.
