About these terms
This website, onlinescope.in, is operated by Online Scope · Near Gaur City Mall, Sector 16B, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. These terms describe permitted use of the site.
A client project is governed by its written agreement. Online Scope Labs products have their own terms. These website terms do not replace either agreement or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Use of the site
- Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with it, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person or submit information you have no right to share.
- Do not use the enquiry form for spam or bulk submissions. We may restrict abusive access.
- Ordinary browsing, sharing page links and legitimate search-engine indexing are permitted.
Enquiries and project agreements
An enquiry or discussion is not itself an agreement to start work. A written proposal and the project agreement set the scope, price, timeline and responsibilities. If you need an NDA before sharing confidential information, ask us before sending it.
Content and marks
Our original website text, design and illustrations belong to Online Scope. You may read them, print them for personal reference, share links and quote short passages with attribution and a link. Other uses require permission unless applicable law allows them.
Third-party material and marks remain their owners' property. Their appearance does not imply endorsement. Online Scope is a Shopify Partner; other partnerships are not implied. Sample illustrations are not evidence of client results.
Information and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate, but its information and Blog articles are general guidance, not advice tailored to your circumstances. Project commitments are made in the relevant written agreement. Products described as in development may change before release.
We may update or remove content, and access may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that general information will suit a particular purpose.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or changes our obligations under a signed project agreement. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss caused by reliance on general website information or the independent acts of third-party websites.
Privacy and other sites
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information, and our cookie policy explains browser storage and analytics. Other websites have their own policies; a link is not an endorsement or a transfer of responsibility for our own processing.
Questions and applicable law
Questions or concerns about this website can be sent to info@onlinescope.in. Indian law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections available under applicable law. Disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction; these terms do not require you to give up a mandatory right to use another competent court.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Updates are dated above and do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
